A non-legal wedding ceremony, an engagement ceremony, a vow renewal or a commitment/friendship ceremony DOES NOT need a marriage license. A legal wedding ceremony require a Clark County marriage license, which may be obtained at the Clark County Regional Justice Center between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Midnight, 7 days a week. To obtain the marriage license, both you and your partner must be present with a form of valid government-issued photo ID each (such as a driver’s license or passport). The Wedding Coordinator can help you guide through the process, if needed. Important Information: The Wedding Coordinator speaks English & Spanish, but the Elvis Officiant only speaks English.
