Highlights
International Field Marathon racing is held at Huangyaguan Great Wall since 1999. It was originally built over 1400 years ago in the Northern Qi Dynasty (557 A.D.) and reinforced with brick walls in the Ming Dynastyand the Wall (557 A D). In 1984, major repair work has been performed on over 3 kilometres of the wall including on 20 water towers and 1 water pass. It was listed as a site of relics protection in 1986. It was listed as a key relics protection target of Tianjin city in 1986, and it's one of the tourist major attractions in Tianjin. On the way back to the city, you will Qing emperor's tombs.

Huangyaguan is one of the most beautiful and natural sections of the wall yet not so touristy. Although it is a restored area of the Wall, the landscape is truly breathtaking and you will find an indescribable sense of calmness there. The entire hiking time is about 2 hours, and the tour ends at the statue of General Qi. Then you will have a late lunch in a local farmer’s restaurant where you can enjoy an country flavor meal and cold beer.Western Qing Tombs

It was built from 1730 to 1915 . 4 emperors , 9 empress , 57 concubines , 8 princes and 2 princesses are buried here . The buildings on the ground are imposing and beautiful . Visitors can also explore the underneath palace . Your guide will tell you the stories of each emperor , and how the tombs of an emperor and an concubine were robbed. At the end you will be transferred back to your hotel in Tianjin.
