Our kiosk is located just a 5-10 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Look for our friendly staff, who will be wearing a fuchsia CiaoFlorence jacket and holding a CiaoFlorence clipboard to assist you with any inquiries or guidance for your tour.
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness.
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries or poor cardiovascular health.
- The bus will drop you off in La Spezia or Levanto; you will travel between villages by train and boat, then meet your bus at the end of the day for the return to Florence.
- The Cinque Terre Semi-Independent option does not include train and boat tickets. You will be dropped off at La Spezia or Levanto for free time in Cinque Terre and meet the bus again in the afternoon.
- The boat ride operates from April 1st to October 31st; in bad weather or rough seas, the boat will be replaced with a train route.
- The order of visits may change due to exceptional events such as train strikes or road closures.
High season (April 1st to October 31st): The tour is available in English and Spanish; other languages are available on select days with a minimum of 2 participants:
- French: Wednesday and Sunday
- Portuguese: Monday
- Italian: Saturday
- Infants and small children may ride in a pram or stroller
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap during the tour
- Public transportation options are available nearby
