Very enjoyable experience for 6 adults, 5 teenagers and an 8yo. Guide speaks English well. Was friendly and happy to be with us. Crew was also good. Instructions were clear. Buy new snorkel mouthpieces if you wish. We didn't bother. Will recommend getting beach slip on shoes as beach had sharp shells. We didn't. Was OK but would've been better with shoes. Buffet served was really delicious and a good spread. There were halal and vegetarian options. We really had a good time. Crew was very attentive when we're snorkeling making sure everyone was safe and comfortable. Drinks and snacks avail on board. Don't bring too much cash or valuables for safety reasons as bags are hard to watch when you're having fun. There's about 30+ pax in the speedboat. We paid 2000+baht additional on board to book a private long tail boat at one of the islands. They bring you out for photos and snorkeling away from the crowds. Bring extra cash for that if you wish. Would highly recommend.
Guides were fluent in English. Even noticed one of the speaking Chinese. There were quite a number of additional packages you can opt to purchase. It was fun and enjoyable! Recommended:")
real good service
Superb
The service is OK, but there has additional cost which you need to prepare to pay. As most of the activity is not included. Then at the end of the tour, they will ask you for tips also, which I found it unacceptable as it did not say upfront, so no choice have to pay. After paying the tips, the return trip is bad, the driver just drop us opposite of our hotel under a heavy rain and refuse to turn in to the hotel.
Enjoyed the tour overall, staff were caring and friendly. Sights were beautiful, with pristine clear waters. Buffet lunch was great, Pad Thai was definitely the highlight. However the downsides were 1) they clearly overbooked, the group had around 40 people and seating on the boat was very crammed, there were no assigned seatings and we had to “fight” for seats which definitely ruined the experience. No one wanted to sit at the front or the back which was exposed to direct sunlight; 2) the islands were quite overcrowded especially Maya Bay, you’d get people everywhere in pictures and videos; 3) Timing for each activity could be improved (eg lunch plus Phi Phi Don exploration was 1 hour and Khai Nok was 40 mins without much things to do there). 4) Travel agency (PNT) did not reach out to us in advance, we had to message them (I understand they only reach out like the day before the trip but we needed to ensure they have us scheduled in more than one day before) 5) Pickup time was not according to schedule - our pickup time from hotel was supposed to be 7:45am to 8am and we were waiting since 7:40am. However, only after 8am when the driver was still not here we had to reach out to the travel agency only to find out that the driver was delayed and the new pickup time was 8:30am. Would be 5 stars easily if these were improved.
