When booking, please provide your contact information, pick-up/drop-off location information, flight information, and the number of suitcases.
If you require a child seat, please let us know when booking.
The driver will wait for you for free for 60 minutes after your flight lands. Extending the time limit will result in an extra fee of JP¥3,000/30 minutes. Please pay the price to the driver directly on-site. Please inform the driver as soon as your flight is delayed. the driver reserves the right to leave without waiting for you.
When booking, please include your cell phone number or messaging app (LINE, WeChat, Kakao Talk, etc.) that is reachable in Japan.
After booking, we will arrange the vehicle and driver for the day and notify you of the contact information provided at the time of reservation in Japan. Please contact the driver until 8:00PM the day before use to confirm your contact method, pick-up time, and location.
The night surcharge will be charged according to the time you specify as reservation time when booking.
This is a one-way transfer. For round trip transfer, please book for 2 one-way transfers (both airport pick-up & airport drop-off).
JP¥2,000 for the second child seat (Please pay directly to the driver on-site) *If you are traveling with children under the age of 6, please be sure to inform us of the child's age, height and weight in the requests & remarks column when booking.
Children under the age of 6 are required to use a child seat by law. When booking, please include the age, height, and weight of the children in the "Remarks" section.

Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 48 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 48 hours before the date of selection.
Advanced Booking
Please book at least 24 hours prior to your date of selection to guarantee your booking.
Redemption Notes
Show mobile or printed voucher to the staff before commencing the activity.
