A tasting menu consisting of 5 starters, a first course, a main course and a dessert, all prepared by Chef Elena Miguel. The meal will be accompanied by an explanation of the traditional dishes that will be served and the history of the city of Seville.
Each dish will be paired with a regional wine, from vermouth and sangria for the appetizers to white and red wine for the main courses and a sweet wine for dessert.
The menu can be adapted to your needs, intolerant or allergic, but we ask you let us know in advance so that you can enjoy your meal to the full.
The experience includes the tasting menu, the pairing with regional wines, the personal attention of Chef Elena Miguel and the explanation about recipes and history of Seville.
The experience can be shared with other guests or reserved for private groups.
