despite the desk being closed in my arrival terminal, it was simple enough to pop over to another terminal and collect the EZ-link card. Pick up at the airport meant I was ready to travel around Singapore straight away.

What should I do if my EZ-Link card is lost or stolen?
You should report the loss or theft of your EZ-Link card immediately to TransitLink Hotline at 1800-2255-663 or at any TransitLink Ticket Office. You can also block your card using the EZ-Link app or website.
How long does an EZ-Link card last?
Your EZ-Link card remains valid for five years from its date of issue within Singapore. If your card has expired for two years or more, a Refund Service Charge of $1 SGD per month will be incurred.
Is EZ-Link card cheaper than bank card?
