  • JR PASS must be used in 5 consecutive days (original plan: 5 non-consecutive days) from the designated first use day
  • The JR PASS user must present his/her passport (original copy) for ticket redemption, failure to do so will result in a redemption decline
Refund/Cancellation Policy

A 90% refund will be processed if cancelled at least 1 day before date of selection. A cancellation fee of 10% will apply.

  • JR EAST Lines​, Tokyo Monorail​, Izu Kyuko Line, Hokuetsu Express, Echigo TOKImeki Railway (between Naoetsu and Arai)
  • Limited express trains that directly run between the JR East lines and the Tobu Railway lines: Nikko, SPACIA Nikko, Kinugawa, and SPACIA Kinugawa
  • Local and rapid trains between Shimo-imaichi and Tobu-nikko/Kinugawa-onsen on the Tobu Railway lines. Between the Kurihashi and Shimo-imaichi stations, the pass may only be used on limited express trains that connect directly with Tobu Railway lines.
  • JR buses (excluding highway and some route buses) within the area
  • This pass is not valid on the Tokaido Shinkansen bullet train.
