I brought my toddler here on a weekday morning to avoid the crowds. He loved the different play areas and was climbing all over the place for a solid few hours. The cafe was really great to take time out, in between areas - I was quite surprised at how many food options there were for both kids and adults, and the coffee was on point!
Things were broken and unusable. The place is getting run down which would be caused by older kids as they are heavier and rougher. The age limit could be max 8 or 9 but to have an age limit of 12 is no good. It’s not the place for older kids as it ruins the place for younger, non school age kids. I don’t recommend this place anymore and I also won’t be attending ever again.
Good place to have fun with kids. Will suggest having some fruit juices on the menu.
All the toys were Extremely dirty and the floors definitely hadn’t been cleaned. My daughter’s pants were black by the end. Would have understood if we went later in the day but we arrived just after opening time.
