After the plane has landed, please proceed through the immigration formalities first. Then, collect your checked baggage and exit from Exit 2 of the airport. Look for the 'Rainbow Travel' pick-up sign in the designated area outside Exit 2. Once you locate it, present your order details (on your mobile device) to the on-site staff. After verifying your details, the staff will notify the driver to enter the airport. The driver will then drive in from the parking lot outside the airport to pick you up. This process usually takes about 5 to 15 minutes. Kindly wait at the designated spot.
If you are arriving on a domestic flight in Thailand and landing at the Domestic Terminal of Phuket Airport, please exit from Exit 1 of the Domestic Terminal. The 'Rainbow Travel' boarding sign is situated outside Exit 1.
