  • Kanchanaburi War Cemetery

    The first stop will be at the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery. This is where the fallen prisoners of war and civilians who died while working on the Death Railway are remembered.
  • JEATH War Museum

    Built to commemorate those who lost their lives while forced to work on the “Burma Railway”, commissioned by the Empire of Japan during World War II to supply troops and weapons in its Myanmar campaign.
  • The River Kwai

    Next visit the Bridge On The River Kwai. It was built by WW2 prisoners of war along the Siam-Burma Railway, also known as the Death Railway.
  • Tham Krasae Station

    A picturesque railway section that snakes around a cliff, where you will admire the views, see the train pass, and fill up on tasty lunch.
  • Wat Tham Seua

    Wat Tham Seua or Tiger Cave Temple is a Buddhist temple perched atop a mountain. Named because of the tiger paw prints on the cave walls.

Excellent trip to Death Railway. Tour guide Chayada was friendly and helpful. Weather was very hot but she tried her best to help us cope with the heat. Tour went well without any hitch.
