Good To Know
The entry time selected is for booking reference only. The store will arrange your actual entry time according to entry priority.
Entry may take a while if there are many customers. Please consider this before booking during peak seasons.
It is recommended to wear a spaghetti strap vest or more close-fitting clothing for easy changing.
Please return the costumes before 6:00 pm on the same day. If you are late, it must be returned the following day. Upon returning on the next day, you will need to pay an additional ¥1,100 per person. Please note that you cannot pick up your belongings on the day of rental.
Upon returning the rental item, if there are irreparable stains (paint, etc.), damage (cigarette burns, damage other than sewing, holes, etc.), a surcharge of ¥5,000 (tax excluded) will be incurred, to be paid on-site.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 72 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
Advanced Booking
Please book at least 72 hours prior to your date of selection to guarantee your booking.
Redemption Notes
Show mobile or printed voucher to the staff before commencing the activity.
