This experience is designed for true mezcal enthusiasts. In this activity you will discover how to recognize an authentic mezcal, guided by us who truly produce and know mezcal. The activity takes place at Casa Convite, the only comprehensive space in Oaxaca dedicated to promoting mezcal culture. Everything will begin in our Tasting Room, a unique space, designed for a professional and unforgettable tasting. We will explore the entire mezcal process, from planting agave to certifying authentic mezcal. We use special glasses to ensure a sensory experience that allows us to appreciate the complexity of mezcal. We will guide you through 3 mezcals made from rare and wild agaves, which will help you learn about the spectrum of mezcal agaves from Oaxaca. At the end of this experience you will be able to identify the quality of a mezcal, its production processes, and its surprising history.
