You will have 2 hours of free waiting time after your flight lands.
For international/Domestic flight arrivals, If you choose the arrival transfer option, your meeting point with your Airport Rep who will be holding your signboard will be at Gate 4 - 3 in the Arrivals Hall of Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok International Airport).
The operator will send the driver’s contact information and other related services via email 1 day before your travel date, by 21:00 (GMT+7) Thailand time. If you haven’t received your confirmation email by the time listed, please check the Spam Folder or Junk Mail.

Great ride but the meeting arrangements could be better. I was given instructions to go to Gate 5. When I was there, I was told to go to Gate 4. At Gate 4 I was told to go to Gate 3. This runaround was not pleasant. If this is going to be the case, I should have just booked an AOT car after baggage collection. It might be simpler that way.
