Went on the first night this event started.(summer heat wave) First, collection of wrist bands only from 3pm.(why?) Collection should be allowed at any point during the day. The weather is so hot and ppl are made to form lines just to collect these bands. The worst part? Counter is ready, ppl are in lines, but they only start at exactly 3pm!!!!. Then I had a problem where my pelago QR code was not recognized. Luckily customer relations managed to print out the tickets for me, and I did not have to re-queue for the wrist band collection. Now to the event itself, some haunted houses have horrendous queues. Despite being night time, it was HOT with no fans being deployed to help cool the participants. They do setup some drinks vending stall so after queueing for 30-40mins, you reach this Checkpoint where you can purchase some drinks. Gd luck relying on the drinks to cool down because if you fill yourself and need to go to the toilet... Haunted houses itself are fairly designed. Some are air-conditioned some aren't. If you are a tourist, express pass should be MANDATORY. I didn't expect it to be so crowded on the first night. After 11pm they offered discount upgrade to express, I did not take it up as the price isn't attractive at all.
