Our cooking class is more than just a lesson – it’s an immersive experience that allows you to truly connect with Italian culture. But the best part is at the end of the class, when you’ll get to enjoy the result of your labor by sitting down to savor the dishes you’ve prepared, all followed by a bottle of really good Italian Wine! Hosted in in a traditional Milanese ringhiera apartment, our class offers a true Italian experience that every tourist should try. We start with an Italian welcome aperitivo and wine during all the lunch/dinner. During the class, you’ll learn how to make traditional Italian dishes from scratch, including pasta (tagliatelle), as well as the famous and traditional dessert, tiramisù. Our host will guide you through the process, sharing the tips and tricks that make Italian food so special. You’ll learn about the importance of using fresh, high-quality ingredients and how to combine flavors to create mouth-watering dishes.
