Good To Know
Please indicate delivery and pick-up time upon checkout (operating hours: 9:00AM-6:00PM)
Please input your approximate hotel check-in and check-out time within operating hours. The local crew will be in touch with you via text messaging apps.
Your float will be delivered to you and inflated for you.
The float will be collected at the end of the rental period from your accommodations at the agreed time.
Important: It is highly recommended to allow the operator to inflate the float to avoid deflating items.
Please note that you need to be present at your hotel during your chosen delivery and return timeslots.
If you need two or more floats, please make another order respectively.
A delivery fee of IDR40,000 per trip applies to deliveries in Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and Ubud.
Please pay the delivery fee directly in cash to the ground staff.
If you are not present during delivery or pick-up, an additional fee of IDR40,000 will apply for re-delivery.
A surcharge of IDR450,000 will apply if the float is damaged in any way (holes, tears, or stains), payable onsite.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.

Excellent service. As described. Kids fought over it well but also was big enough for two small kids.
Communication with the team was very easy. Both timings for delivery and collection were prompt. We had fun with the duck island and just lazing on it in the pool. Pure bliss to have one in the pool.
