We had a great day! We took our 3 year old with us who had fun on the kids rides and my husband and I took it in turns to ride the adults rides. Booking with Pelago was so quick and easy!

Went to use my day 2 of 2 day pass today before I fly back to NZ tomorrow and to get told that it expired 2 days ago and would cost me another $60 to get in today, i even explained that I didn't know about having to use the 2nd day within 7 days,that is a joke.You have paid for it already,should it really matter when you take it.No compassion when explaining about losing my phone 5 nights ago & my priority was trying to track it down,via an app, & filling in lost property forms with the Police & taxi company.Yes,this ticket was brought thru a 3rd party,but come on Dreamworld,come to the party & keep your overseas customers happy! It was 2 days over,not 2 months ! Highly disappointed as the motorbike roller coaster was running today,as I missed out on my 1st visit when it wasn't running.
