Please note due to the Indonesian Government’s policy, the staff at the counter will need to take a photo of your passport upon activation process of your SIM card. The activation process should take around 10 minutes.
Sim card activation and registration is only valid with foreign passport. Domestic passports are not allowed.
Make sure your cellphone is not bound by a contract with another provider in your home country and your IMEI has not been locked.
If you encounter any service disruption such as unable to connect to internet, slow speed, APN settings or any other service disruption after inserting the card, please restart your phone first, if the issue still persists pplease contact the operator’s customer service at: simbacell.bali@gmail.com / [+62 328 6763824].
The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis.
If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day.
