Explore the Naveta d'Es Tudons, the largest and best-preserved stone tomb built by the Talaiotic people during the Iron Age. Comprising two chambers, it served as a burial site, with the lower chamber used for the bones of the dead and the upper chamber for drying recently placed corpses. Despite being exposed to the elements and lacking mortar, this ancient structure has remarkably endured the test of time. Dating back to 1400-900 BC, it offers a fascinating insight into the island societies of Menorca and Mallorca during the Iron Age.
