During the 3-hour stand-up yoga experience, you will first stretch your
muscles under the guidance of a professional yoga teacher, and then a
professional stand-up instructor will teach you the basic skills of the stand-
up plan. After practicing for about 15 minutes, you will go to a "sea yoga
classroom" to prepare for class. The instructor will teach you different
stretching exercises and yoga movements on the upright board. Finally, there
