Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
Bringing water sports equipment (e.g. Vibrating Surfboard, Skateboard, Nine Boards, Windsurfing, etc.) will incur an extra charge of THB 300 for the boat route only. This fee is to be paid in cash directly to the operator.
Similarly, bringing foldable bicycles will also incur an additional charge of THB 100 for the boat route. Again, this fee should be paid in cash directly to the operator.
Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 20 kg or 44 lbs.
Additional fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any surcharges directly to the operator.
You are allowed to bring a luggage bag up to 1 meter in length, free of charge.
Bags between 1 to 1.5 meters in length will incur an extra charge of THB 150, to be paid in cash directly to the operator.
Bags bigger than 1.5 meters will not be allowed on board.

They could not communicate what was going on and was rude and closed the door in my face when I was trying to find out what was going on. The lady said gonaway I was bothering her. So ...NO it was not a good experience.
