We are right in front of the Playa de la mar bella, one of the cleanest and best in the city. With the board you walk very little.
We have experienced monitors, new rigid boards and quality inflatables. Also the option to carry out the activity with our giant tables for groups, which is a great addition to the experience we offer. Our private area has a security system, which makes the area very safe. Before leaving we carried out an appropriate warm-up to get into the water. During the practice we dedicate a few minutes of stillness and silence to contemplate the sunrise. Then we relax lying on our backs and end the activity with a few free minutes in the water.
Itinerary

paddle surf course, we will meet in our private space, we do theory necessary to enter the sea (board, oar, position etc), and into the water!!!, there we continue with corrections during the course, and you will end up having absolute control of the situation, knowing how to turn in a basic and advanced way, knowing how to rescue yourself, work with wind, waves and 100x100 safe. for the sunrise ; We change, we make an introduction and presentation, we take boards and we go to the water to see the sun rise while we do a simple and deep yoga practice, lasting 1h30. At the end we have private changing rooms, bathrooms and showers. Unbeatable experience in one of the best beaches in the city of Barcelona. We will also see the imposing Skyline of our city. This unmissable experience connects the calm of watching the sunrise with the inner peace that yoga relaxation provides. The activity will be in charge of Santiago Tellechea (certified yoga teacher in India and graduate in psychology), who will carry out a routine of yoga movements and postures that allow anyone to experience the benefits (it is not necessary to have previous experience in anything .
