After ordering, customer service staff will contact you to sign a cruise ordering agreement. Cruise booking changes, cancellations and penalties:
Before departure, Party A terminates the travel contract (hereinafter referred to as cancellation), which stipulates the cancellation liability for the cabin part: the cruise ticket is a named valuable ticket, and any cancellation before departure will require payment of the full cost of the cabin. ”, the relevant provisions are as follows:
- Sailing date cannot be changed.
- Itinerary cannot be changed.
- Any changes or transfers of cabin class that may be made with the consent of Party B shall be borne by Party A.
- 30 days before departure, the name can be transferred and changed with the consent of Party B. The derivative costs will be paid by Party A, otherwise it cannot be changed or transferred.
- If Party A changes or cancels a reservation, it shall indicate the date and content in writing and formally notify Party B to make it effective. Any notification made by phone or verbally shall be deemed invalid.
- If there is a holiday, Party B should be notified in advance to comply with the cruise company's cancellation date calculation regulations.

- Party A must provide Party B with the correct name list (same as the correct English name on the passport; the passport must be valid for more than 181 days from the date of disembarkation) and the room allocation list more than 45 days before departure.
- If Party A wants to change the list or cabin allocation with Party B's consent 31 to 44 days before departure, a handling fee of NT$3,000 per person is required.
- Name and cabin allocation cannot be changed within 30 days before departure.
- If Party A has dual nationality, the reservation list must contain the English name on the passport used to board the ship according to regulations. Any misprint of the name that is not attributable to Party B will be Party A's sole responsibility.
- Party A needs to submit passport information and visa information necessary for the voyage more than 45 days before departure in order to facilitate Party B to provide it to the cruise company for operation. If Party A fails to handle the matter as agreed, it will be deemed to have terminated the ticket purchase agreement and may pay cancellation fees. .
- According to the regulations of the cruise line: Women who are 24 weeks pregnant or older and infants under 6 months old are not allowed to board the cruise; those under 18 years old are not allowed to sign up for the cruise alone; each room must be occupied by at least one passenger over 21 years old.
- Pregnant women who are less than 24 weeks pregnant must present a medical certificate that they are fit to travel on the ship. Pregnant women who are more than 24 weeks pregnant (inclusive) are not allowed to board the ship.
- Passengers with disabilities must be able to take care of themselves or be accompanied by another passenger who can provide all assistance. If you are bringing special items, please inform us and fill out the demand form 60 days before departure. It must be filled in in "English": carrying injections or special medicines for medical diseases, carrying wheelchairs, bicycles, etc. all require prior application. , and an approval letter from the shipping company must be obtained in advance, and the original approval letter must be provided for inspection when boarding the ship.
- If Party A fails to provide the correct passport, visa information and cabin allocation within the above period, resulting in the inability to board the ship, Party A is solely responsible and has no involvement with Party B.
