Through the "HK City Sightseeing" app, scan and confirm the redemption QR code on the KKday voucher with your mobile phone lens, or upload and confirm the redemption QR code on the KKday voucher from the mobile phone photo gallery (or manually enter the QR code on this page A set of 20-character redemption QR codes below the code). The app will redeem and store the package you purchased.
• Before boarding the bus, please open the app and show and verify the boarding QR code to the blue electronic payment machine on the bus.
• Routes covered by Citybus + Explorer (48 hours) tickets: Passengers can take "Citybus Sightseeing" open-top bus routes H1/H2/H2K, Citybus urban franchised routes, and joint-operated cross-harbour bus routes (Citybus trips only) ), Citybus overnight routes, special services (including racecourse routes), border crossing routes B3 series, B7 and B8 routes, and Citybus outing routes. (Excluding the following routes: Citybus Airport Express Line A, E, NA, S, and Lines B5, R8, X1, N11, N21, N21A, N23, N26 and N29)
• Routes covered by Citybus + Voyager (72 hours) tickets: Passengers can take "Citybus Sightseeing" open-top bus routes H1/H2/H2K, all Citybus franchised routes, and jointly operated cross-harbour bus routes (Citybus flights only) , Citybus overnight routes, special services (including racecourse routes), border crossing routes B3 series, B5, B7, B8 lines and Citybus outing routes, all Citybus Airport Express Line A, Citybus North Lantau routes, and Disney routes R8 (Citybus only)
• The ticket can be used for unlimited travel on Citybus H1, H2 and H2K routes within the ticket validity period. (Explorer Pass: 48 hours / Voyager Pass: 72 hours)
• Each redeemed QR code and the QR code in the app can only be used by one passenger.
• Tickets are for the use of the ticket holder only and may not be transferred or resold.
• Please do not copy or alter the QR code in any form, otherwise the redemption will be immediately invalid.
• Lost or damaged redemption QR codes will not be reissued.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• Each adult passenger can travel free of charge with up to two children under four years old who do not occupy seats.
• "Sightseeing City Bus": Passengers with tickets can receive a one-time priority boarding pass at the Pier 6 service station in Central (can only be used once on designated flights in Central, not applicable to other stops). Please inform the station staff before queuing up so that arrangements can be made. Daily quantity is limited, first come first served.
• "Sightseeing City Bus": Priority boarding tickets cannot be used as tickets. You still need to present a valid full-day ticket or night ticket when boarding the train.
• "Sightseeing City Bus": Priority boarding tickets are only valid on designated dates and designated flights.
• "Sightseeing City Bus": The boarding order is based on the order of arrival at the designated queuing position before the departure of the bus.
• "Citybus" terminal boarding location: "Citybus" terminal (outside Central Pier 6)
• "Tourist City Bus" service station opening hours: 10:30 am to 10:00 pm daily.
• Route H1&H2: The frequency is every 60 minutes.
• H2K route: During the 19:00-20:00 period, the frequency is every 60 minutes / During the 20:00-22:00 period, the frequency is every 30 minutes.
• Citybus reserves the right to terminate or vary the discount offer and/or amend these terms at any time.
• If the open-top sightseeing bus is unable to run due to mechanical failure or bad weather, Citybus reserves the right to arrange for other air-conditioned buses to continue the journey. Citybus also has the absolute right to make changes to service hours, frequency, routes and bus stop locations at any time due to traffic, weather or other factors without prior notice. Citybus will not be responsible for compensation or assume any liability for any relevant losses suffered by passengers due to the above reasons or other reasons.

1. Please first download the "HK Sightseeing" app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Using the "HK Sightseeing" app, scan the exchange QR code on your Pelago voucher with your phone camera, or upload the exchange QR code from your phone's photo library (or manually enter the 20-character exchange QR code located below the page's QR code).
3. The app will redeem and store the tickets.
4. Before getting on the bus, please open the app and tap the corresponding product to bring up the boarding QR code.
5. When boarding, please show the boarding QR code from the app to the blue electronic payment device on the bus to use it.
