please inform us at least 24 hours before the travel date to ensure you will
be on the same bus. Any special requests must also be communicated outside of
24 hours. Food or hot beverages can only be consumed outside the bus. We

water and a hat. Note that wearing singlets is not permitted at certain
venues. No changes to meeting points can be made 24 hours of departure date
and strictly not on the day as different buses are allocated to different
