I am a professional chef of Italian origin (born in Switzerland and then raised on the island of Sardinia) I have been living in Tenerife for 5 years, I consider myself a citizen of the world and I think we are all connected and that is why I have a special interest in traveling and getting involved in different cultures.
I started working as a chef and waiter in Paris at the age of 18 and then chose to move to London, where I worked as a chef for more than 10 years, and in England I had the opportunity to practice the profession of restaurant manager. Throughout these years, I have developed my experience in the best French and Italian restaurants in the British capital.
Today we cook and serve dinner together with my partner, we share the same experience and passion for our profession, our service and customer service is simply unique.
