The tour was cancelled last minute due to our transport which need to pick us up had an issue. However the tour agency offered another way so we could still enjoy Ninh Binh, eventhough we need to skip 1 place. We were compensated by free drinks at lunch place, got a refund for the ticket of that skipped place, and joined another tour group. We were also offered a free airport drop-off service on the next day. We were glad that the tour agency did not disappoint us and tried their best to compensate.
Well organized tour few things to improve but that doesn't make this experience any less nicer
