Highlights

With our cooking masterclass you will know and understand all secrets of preparing Paella. We will share all history of this amazing dish. Ofcourse will explain how to choose all ingredients and make right proportion. We will guide you during all steps of cooking with a glass of local wine and Sangria.
We will be at my Cooking-studio space on the 100 Sq m roof with big family table, chill sofa area, BBQ, WC and everything that we will need to cook.

    We, me your Chef Alec and/or my partner Chef Michal, will show you that cooking traditional Spanish food is easy and fun. During our master-class I will show you that paella is easy and interesting to cook. I will open a secret of the right Sangria and Creama Catalana. Ofcourse we will eat it all together with a glass of wine and I believe with a very good appetite))) In the end of the Masterclass you will have - a small present from me (special olive oil from a local farm) - during the masterclass I will take a photo of your cooking and I will send it for you all. For the best memories! All recipes and photos you will have on your email. We are very excited to cook with you! IMPORTANT - Please contact me about type of paella that we are going to cook (Meat, Valenciana, Seafood or Paella Mixta) min 24 hours before class. - We will cook in open air cooking space. In Catalonia we have not so much rainy days but sometimes it happens. In that case we will offer you a different time / day or you will be full refunded by Viator TripAdvisor rules.
