How to Use Your Pass
Present your passport and voucher for ticket exchange at the redemption points listed here.
Travellers can use the automatic ticket gates by inserting the pass with the arrow on the front pointing forward.
The date of travel and the starting station will be printed on the back of the pass. A day is counted from the first to the last train of the day, not for 24 hours from the initial use.
Some ticket gates are not automated. In such cases, kindly write the date of use on the back of the pass with a permanent ink pen and present it to an attendant.
