Good To Know
- Passengers are advised to check in and collect boarding passes at BRF Check-in Counter at least 1.5 hours before departure time.
- Free check-in baggage is up to 20 kg per boarding pass. Excess baggage will incur an extra fee at S$1 per kg up to a maximum of 40kg per passenger.
- Hand-carry items are allowed with maximum weight of 10kg per passenger with maximum Dimension of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm.
- Odd-sized items such as surfboards (not more than 1.5m in length) and bicycles are allowed at an extra fee of S$20 for return trip.
- Amendment of the date or time of the ticket is allowed to be made via Pelago at least 5 days before the departure date with an extra fee of S$10. For last minute change up to 4-hour before departure, the amendment can only be done at the ferry counter at the ferry terminal and is subject to availability.
- Ladies who are 28 weeks pregnant or more from time of travel, a medical certification on fitness for travel must be presented during check-in. All pregnant passengers are required to sign an indemnity form at the counter.
- Baby prams are allowed on board at no additional charge.
- Child tickets are required to be purchased together with Adult tickets.
