Good To Know
The theatre doors open 30 minutes before showtime.
Late arrival guests are requested to attend the show after break, otherwise a suitable seat will be assigned.
Dinner is served from 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. except Tuesdays.
Round-trip shared transfer is available within Phuket Island, please be at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to pick-up time

The pickup was on time. Overall good experience to see the ethnic culture of Thailand. The buffet was a good spread but there is room for more improvement.
We loved the whole experience. Everything from pick-up, meal, pre-show and show were all superb! Especially loved the underwater scene! Would do it all again!
Booked a Gold Seat + Shared Transfer. Great view, close enough to see the details and far enough to see the whole stage. Not worth to book Platinum Seat, too close. Great show, world class stage setting. No elephants this time. Did not receive email confirmation on driver pick up time, need to contact Pelago Customer Service to follow up. They responded within an hour and sorted out the driver arrangement.

Smooth process to exchange physical tickets. Staffs are friendly. Mosquito repellent is a must when visiting Thai Village
Pelago voucher will need 15-20 min for it to be exchange to tickets..not sure why but staff say it need to be checked and scan..other than this no issue..
