All ticket types are Standing tickets.
Use RFID Wristband for entry only. The RFID wristband redemption method will be announced shortly.
In the case of lost paper tickets, the company reserves the right to reissue the ticket for all cases.
In the case of exchanging a wristband, the company reserves the right to reissue any lost, torn, or damaged wristbands.
All kinds of food and drinks from outside are not allowed inside the hall.
Alcoholic drinks will be distributed or sold to the person of age 20 or over only.
Selfie monopods, cameras, video cameras, Polaroid cameras, tablets (with over-7-inch screen) and other recording devices are strongly not allowed in the hall. We will have the deposit point for you to deposit those devices. However, we are not responsible for damages of the devices. Therefore, we firmly recommend you not to bring them to the venue.
Photo, video, audio recordings and live sessions on social media are not allowed no matter by cameras, tablets or other recording devices.
Light sticks bigger than 30 cm, led banners & papers bigger than A4, fans and dolls bigger than 30 cm, folding chairs, mini ladders, balloon sticks, balloons, balls, whistles, horns, megaphones, laser pointers, long umbrellas and umbrellas with sharp-edges, are not allowed in the hall.
Alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, drugs, weapons, sharp objects, explosives and other hazardous substances are not permitted in the hall.
