to our onsite Kitchen Garden. Hosted by our St Hugo Chef, take an informative
tour and learn
about the inner workings of the garden and how it’s used on our seasonal
menus. You will also get the opportunity to forage, taste and smell some of
the fresh seasonal produce & herbs that can be found in the garden.
Then head back to St Hugo to be seated at the best spot in the house, at our
open kitchen with a full view of our Chefs at work. Let our Chefs take you
