The tour guide was very sharp and mean and cruel. A couple of guys had booked this tour with the add on to go to El Nido. Joining the experiences costs more than stand alone. The bus taking the participants to El Nido were supposed to pick them up at our lunch stop. They said they weren’t there. They were and were ready. No one asked for them. It’s the same company!! So our tour guide dumped them at this midway point at the grossest pit stop and said the next bus with seats would pick them up. They were going to have to wait a minimum of 2 hours and would be getting into ElNido very late. The poor guys had no idea when they would be picked up. None of this was the guests fault. The tour company should have organised this seamlessly. The tour guide seemed gleeful about the final decision to dump these poor boys off into uncertainty. First time i did not tip a tour guide.
