Go to https://usage.frewie.com and input eSIM ID (FTxxxxxxxx) to search.
I received the Pelago voucher and scanned the QR code but it is not working.
The QR code in the Pelago voucher is for booking reference only. Please look out for a separate email from our experience provider, Freewie, that contains the actual QR code to activate your eSIM.
