2 days in no connection no support zero person to talk to. Have to buy another local sim to get me going for rest of my one week stay. Gutted as their first email response is strictly no response. How about apology for starters
My dad got this for me so we can contact ourselves while overseas in Australia and did not work. First response from their support (email only) was they don’t refund. We ended up buying a sim at coles. Steer clear this is not as reviews said it is and no way to call them.
