The CherryHill Blossom Festival 2024 will be held from September 16 to October 6. During this magical period, CherryHill Orchards in the Yarra Valley transforms into a stunning landscape adorned with vibrant cherry blossoms. Visitors to the CherryHill Orchards can leisurely stroll through the picturesque backdrop of cherry trees, taking in the delicate fragrance and beauty of the cherry blossom season.

Key Activities for Visitors During Cherry Blossom Season

Aside from a favourite summer tradition such as cherry picking or savouring cherry ice cream, these are some of the activities visitors to the CherryHill Orchards can enjoy:

  1. Cherry Blossom Delights including Cherry Ice Cream

    • Sip on cherry-based drinks from the on site café and food trucks.

    • Enjoy tasting the famous cherry ice cream.

CherryHill Orchards is conveniently located just an hour from Melbourne CBD, making it an ideal destination for a spring getaway during the school holidays.

This year's Blossom Festival will be taking place at the CherryHill Orchards at Coldstream in the Yarra Valley:

When you reach CherryHill Orchards, look for the big red signs on either side of the driveway. Keep following the signs to the cherry hill orchard customer carpark when you enter the driveway. There is free on-site parking and pick up / drop off areas, near the main entrance.

Accessibility at CherryHill Orchards

For those with accessibility requirements, the visitor entrances and the main customer areas at CherryHill Orchards do not have steps. Accessible toilets are situated in the main customer areas and feature Braille signage and baby changing facilities. Pathways in the main customer areas are wide and suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.

There are also quiet areas throughout the CherryHill Orchards that guests can access if needed. We highly recommend that guests with sensory needs visit during the week, as the orchards are much more peaceful during these times.

How to secure your Cherry Blossom booking

This year we’re offering a variety of tickets to the cherry blossom festival depending on the day you visit. We encourage you to book early, especially if you want to visit on the weekends which do sell out.

  • Monday through Wednesday: $12.00 for adults and kids join free

  • Thursday and Friday: $15.00 for adults, $5 for children

  • Weekends: $18 for adults, $8.50 for children
