Yes, the Ancient City in Bangkok, Thailand, is worth visiting as it is recognised as one of the largest open-air museums globally. Offering a unique experience, it presents visitors with scaled-down replicas of more than 116 significant Thai monuments, including temples, palaces, and shrines. This allows guests to explore the rich cultural and historical heritage of Thailand in just one day.
Ticket could quickly be attained inside the main check-in area. The space is huge, but depending on what you want to see, and whether you like walking in general, walking can be sufficient to cover most spots, as especially in the beginning, a bike can even be a burden as opposed to helpful. Nonetheless, the bike comes in handy when you want to discover the further off parts, from 45 - 100 or so, which are not the "must see" places. Buffet is ok, but not necessary.
Such an amazing place
Great! Buy a golf buggy as it’s large to walk!
Great experience at both places. The best way to spend a day in BKK with both -- pleasure and learning more of the culture and history
A must see! My 12 and 14 year old loved it as well!
Really stunning place that immerses you in the magnificence of Thai culture. You can spend a few hours easily and the viewing options are very convenient - my daughter and I enjoyed exploring the place in a golf cart.
