SIM card collection at the Tune Talk Traveller Store in the Main Terminal Building is available 24 hours daily.
Collection is permitted only for travellers aged 12 years and above.
According to Malaysian Telecom Regulations, one passport or Malaysian ID can register a maximum of five SIM cards.
The SIM card must be registered at the time of collection but will only activate once inserted into your mobile phone. The validity period begins upon activation.

It was very easy to book the sim card and collect it once we arrived on KL. Once you collect the bags and come out the Tune Talk counter is on the left hand side. We bought 2 sims of 35GB data and it was working fine in the all the places we went in KL and near by.

Very prompt service with my order all set in 15 minutes. I was able to board the Express bus to Ipoh at 6:12 am with the TuneTalk sim card working in good order. There were altogether 3 stalls adjacent to each other. The TuneTalk representative well looked after my order. He was present at the booth before 6am that morning.
