Itinerary

  • 09:00

Meet your guide at your accommodation.
  • (Old) Sabah State House: The building is called the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Southeast Asia because of its leaning shape. The building itself is covered in glass, so it sparkles in the sun and has a unique appearance that resembles a giant battery, attracting many tourists.

  • Blue Mosque (City Mosque): The largest Islamic mosque in Sabah, with a beautiful dome-shaped exterior and a mystical feel as if it were floating on water.

  • Chinese Buddhist Temple: This is an authentic Chinese Buddhist temple built in the 1980s. There are giant statues depicting about ten gods inside the temple.

  • Signal Hill: A fairly high observation point within the city, offering a bird's eye view of the entire city!

  • Filipino Market: This market was originally formed by immigrants from the southern islands of the Philippines, who set up a market along the waterfront in Kota Kinabalu City Center. It is still in operation today. You can buy local handicrafts and taste tropical fruits such as mangos, mangosteen, and durian.

  • 12:00
