Upon arrival at Funzi island, you will get to sail up the river on a motorized canoe. On either side of the river, you can see a stretch of the mangrove forest. It is important to note that the water in Ramisi river is not clear (due to the mangrove), and is therefore, not suitable for snorkeling.
