Ticket Validity
- Your pass is valid for 90 days after purchase (e.g. Tickets purchased on 7/1 are valid until 9/28).
- After scanning the code at the first attraction or facility, your pass is valid only for 7 days (e.g. If you start using it on 7/1, it is valid only until 7/7).
- Please note that when you purchase more than 1 ticket in a booking, the starting date will apply to all tickets.
- When the ticket has been used, the 7-day validity period will not exceed the 30-day validity period of the ticket itself.
- The same attraction or facility can only be used once. Re-entry to the same attraction or facility is not allowed.
- Attractions and facilities that are unused cannot be refunded.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation allowed before redemption. Enjoy a full refund as long as your voucher remains unredeemed.
- Tickets are valid for use anytime within the validity period; however, refunds are not possible once redeemed.
- If you have used any part of your ticket—such as participating in an activity, visiting at least one attraction, or using one of the tickets—refunds cannot be issued.
