We arrived just in time, registered at the counter before the buffet and got in line when it was 7:26 to be ushered to our tables, The entire process was very organised and we enjoyed the overall experience dining at Copper. Food was cooked to perfection, seafood was fresh and large. It was well executed and worth the trip from SIN to BKK. Will definitely be back for this on our next trip

It's up to expectations.
Good range and quality food. But the check in process quite confusing and not easy to hear the english part of the announcement.
Food quality was great and lots of selection to choose from. For me, the food quality justifies the cost of the buffet. Do note that there r lots of people despite reserving in advance but there are many staff on site to manage the crowd.
