Pickup and Drop-off: To ensure the best experience, pickups and drop-offs must be from the same location. Changes to the pickup location less than 24 hours before the tour may require guests to report to a common pickup point, which will be communicated case by case.

No pickup areas: No pickup is available for guests staying in Naif Souk, Gold Souk, Hatta, or outlying areas of other Emirates. A minimum of 3 guests is required for pickup from production city, Al Furjan, Green Community, and Jebel Ali.

Additional Charges: If pickup and drop-off locations differ, additional charges may apply.

Dress code: Light, casual clothes, shorts or jeans, and closed sports shoes are recommended for walking on desert sand.Subject to favourable weather conditions.

Weather conditions: The temperature in the Dubai Desert may drop to around 9°C from December to April. We advise guests to bring light woolen clothes and windbreakers.

Seating arrangements: This tour is shared, and cooperation between participants is required. Priority for front seats should be given to senior citizens. Parents with children under 12 are required to sit in the rear seats, as per UAE law. The driver will allocate seats, but passengers can rotate to ensure everyone gets equal time in preferred seats. Requests for specific seating will not be entertained. If preferred seating is essential, guests may opt for an exclusive jeep for an additional fee.

ATV Insurance: Quad bikes are insured in UAE with limited liability. In case of an accident, the police must be informed, and a report should be collected. Participants ride at their own risk and must follow the guide’s instructions. No prior experience is required, but any accidents or damages are the responsibility of the rider and passenger. All participants must maintain orderly behaviour and avoid disturbing others, whether intentionally or unintentionally.

Indemnity form: All participants must sign an indemnity form before the tour. ABC Tourism LLC is not responsible for any loss, accident, sickness, or injury. It is recommended to have travel health insurance.

Drinks: Juice, Red Bull, ginger ale, iced tea, tonic water, club soda, and cold coffee are not part of the free drinks package.

No Belly Dance: There will be no belly dance performances during Ramadan, Islamic New Year, or other religious holidays.

This activity is wheelchair accessible.

• Infants must sit on an adult’s lap.
• ATV quad ride is not applicable for infants.
• ATV ride is available for children over 3 years old (accompanied by parents).
• Children aged 11-14 years can ride in a designated safe area. Those aged 15 and above can enjoy the open desert ride.

• Suitable for all physical fitness levels.
• Not recommended for participants with health issues to do the roller coaster ride; however, we offer alternative facilities to ensure they can still enjoy the experience like everyone else.
