Itinerary

  • Via delle Zite, 30

    We are in our laboratory in via delle Zite 30, located in the ancient historical center of Naples. You will be pizza chefs for 2 hours with our pizza chef! You will have a detailed lesson from A to Z while having fun together. As a first step I will teach you how to make the dough for Neapolitan pizza. You will have the most important skills to make the perfect dough. Each couple will make a dough with the recipe for 2 people. You will have the perfect recipe to use at home. Then we will try the products used to make the pizza. You will have a detailed explanation of the products of our land. You will taste a typical Neapolitan appetizer. Afterwards I will show you the oldest way to divide the dough balls. Called "mopping" I will explain the ingredients to make the pizza margherita. You will take your dough, you will roll it out like a real pizza chef, you will add the ingredients and finally with the help of the baker you will place the pizza on the Pala. Finally you will eat your pizza while I tell you the history of Neapolitan pizza with a good alcoholic drink included. Finally you will also have the pizza chef diploma with your names. A perfect memory for this experience.
