After choosing your main course for the night, you are invited to the Sky Deck, where your dining experience begins with the services of hors d'oeuvres. Drinks can be purchased from the fully licensed bar, which you can enjoy as you cruise under the Harbour Bridge and past the Opera House. 

Dinner service continues in the air-conditioned dining saloon where the different courses are served to your table. Take in 360° views of the illuminated harbour and its iconic attractions as you enjoy our chef’s signature dishes.
