We had to reschedule and thankfully they were happy to help. Can't say enough how much we enjoyed this! Even my 4-year-old wanted to go again. Our driver Paul was friendly and skillful with his driving. Give yourselves at least 30 mins after to look at the go pro videos and photos taken during the ride, the gift shop and history of Shotover Jet.
Awesome.
The activity was fantastic. The booking via Pelago appeared seamless. When we arrived for our slot, the staff could not find our booking. There was an issue with the backend process between pelago-viator-shotover. The staff bumped people off to slot us in. It should not be the way. Pls investigate and revert. Tks.
