Booking is simple with Pelago. Once we reach the Venetian Hotel, goto teamlab. Just show the qr code and done. Utilize was also easy. Inside Super Nature is fun and fascinating. It really soothes all age group.
It was indeed an interestingly interactive and immersive space! My husband and me enjoyed all exhits, especially the flower exhibit. The gigantic balls playground experience really bought out the child in us! Overall very experiential and highly recommend for all to do. 😄😁😆

Easy booking and redemption
We thought the experience included the highlights advertised on Pelago on the mobile phone, including the Floating Flower Garden and the "Flowers Bloom in an Infinite Universe inside a Teacup" exhibit at EN TEA HOUSE. However, upon arrival, we were informed that our tickets did not grant access to these attractions and that an additional fee was required. The Pelago website only offered one ticket type, making it unclear that certain experiences would require extra payment. Apart from that, it is a nice place to visit and the entry was smooth from Pelago's ticket provision.
