The details will be provided 1 day before the activity date, either by Pelago or the driver will be reaching out to you directly. In the event you still do not receive any information, kindly reach out to our customer service for assistance.
Is child seat provided?
If you require a child seat, the first one is free, and the second one will be charged at JPY 2,000, which you can pay directly to the driver.
How many locations can I visit within the timeframe?
This will depend on the distance between the locations. As a rule of thumb, the itinerary should be able to accomodate 4 - 5 locations (for 10 hours options). You can reach out to Pelago with your itinerary if you are unsure, and we will check with our partner to clarify if it can be done.
I will be travelling with 6 other guests (7 pax total). Which car option should I book for?
A 10-seater vehicle will be appropriate in this case. A gentle reminder to check the description when choosing the option, as it will indicate the number of passengers and luggage each vehicle type is able to accommodate.

Nice Driver, fruitful trip
On time pick up and good experience and recommendation sharing from the driver guide.
Our assigned driver was very nice and helpful. He was kind to introduce the history of some places of interest and suggest alternatives to save our time. He even took the train after his work to return my misplaced ipad which we left in the car earlier without charging us extra. Able to communicate via whatapps. Very convenient.
The activity was by far the best. Driver was punctual and drive was great. It allowed us to reach the location without being tired and allowed us the flexibility to hit more sightseeing spots with minimal hassle. Definitely recommended and I couldn’t thank my Driver Li Ming enough. He was great and brought us to a good lunch place which was only visited by the locals.
